The PHYSIQ is the first body contouring system that uses STEP technology (Sequential Thermal & Electrical Pulse). Sequential thermal technology targets adipose tissue for fat burning via a super luminescent diode matrix (laser), while the electrical pulse step stimulates muscle to target stubborn areas that regular diet and exercise have a difficult time addressing.

Which Areas Can Be Treated?

  • Stomach/Abs

  • Flanks

  • Arms

  • Thighs

  • Buttocks

  • Saddlebags

How Many Treatments Are Recommended?

We recommend 5 sessions spaced out weekly initially. Recommendations will vary based on the amount of adipose tissue and muscle mass present.

What Kind of Results Are Expected?

The most recent study showed a 28-30% decrease in fat and a 50% muscle increase after a series of 5 treatments spaced out weekly. Fat was measured via ultrasound for this study.

How Long is a Single Treatment?

Different areas require different lengths of treatment, but on average all treatments take about thirty minutes.

Can I Just Do Fat Burning or Muscle Building?

Yes! We individually tailor your treatment plan based on your body's needs! Some people needs more fat burning while others specifically want to tone an area.

Is It Painful?

No, it should not be painful. The laser diode is covered by a sapphire cooling tip which keeps the skins surface comfortable while targeting deeper adipose tissue. In regards to the muscle stimulation step, we can customize the intensity of contractions from 1-50 based on your comfort level. You will always have a call light if there is any discomfort at any point.
