Lindsay Cox, MSN, FNP-C
Owner/Injector
Lindsay Cox is the founder of Doe River Aesthetics and a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade
of diverse healthcare experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State
University in 2010 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University in 2015.
Lindsay began her nursing career working as a Registered Nurse in the NICU, pediatrics, and emergency
department settings. After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she practiced in both primary care and urgent care,
where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for patient-centered care. In 2018, she became
certified in aesthetic injectables, blending her medical expertise with her eye for detail and artistry.
In 2020, Lindsay founded Doe River Aesthetics with a vision of creating a welcoming space where every
person feels seen, valued, and confident. Her goal is for each client to feel like they truly belong — not just as a
patient, but as part of the Doe River family. She believes aesthetic care should enhance natural beauty while
preserving individuality, always prioritizing safety, integrity, and personalized results.
Outside of the clinic, Lindsay enjoys traveling with her husband and their three daughters, as well as working
on home interior and design projects. Family, creativity, and connection are at the heart of everything she does
— both personally and professionally.
Delaney
Delaney Mullins is the Office Manager and Nurse Injector at Doe River Aesthetics & Weight Loss.
She began her journey at Doe River in 2022 as an LPN while pursuing her Bachelor of Science in
Nursing. She graduated with her BSN from ETSU in December 2023.
Delaney has always had a heart for helping others feel confident in their own skin, which is what led
her to Doe River Aesthetics. She feels grateful to be part of a team whose mission aligns so closely
with her passion for empowering patients.
Outside of the office, you’ll likely find Delaney at the pilates studio or spending time with her husband
and their dog, Milo.
Madison
A proud Elizabethton native, she is honored to serve the same community she calls home. After
graduating from Elizabethton High School, she earned her nursing degree from East Tennessee State
University in 2018.
She began her career caring for the homeless and uninsured, where she developed a deep
commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. After taking time away to welcome her first
son, she transitioned into aesthetic nursing — blending her clinical experience with her passion for
helping others feel confident and empowered.
At Doe River Aesthetics and Weight Loss, she strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment
where every patient feels valued and confident in their journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending
time outdoors with her husband and two sons and making herbal creams with her sister-in-law.
Juliana
Juliana Collins is a weight loss consultant with 12 years of experience in the med spa industry.
She is passionate about helping clients reach their goals in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Juliana believes it’s not just about weight loss — it’s about building confidence, improving overall
health, and feeling your best every day. She is grateful to do what she loves while supporting others
on their journey to becoming their healthiest, happiest selves.
Outside of the office, you can find her spending quality time with her family and cheering on her son
at his sporting events.
Micki Whitlock,
Nurse Practitioner
Micki Whitlock is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in healthcare and more than a year specializing in aesthetic injections and medical weight loss at Doe River Aesthetics.
She is passionate about helping her patients look and feel their very best by combining clinical expertise with an artistic eye for natural, confidence-boosting results.
Micki believes that aesthetic and weight loss services are about more than appearance — they're about empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. She takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty while supporting overall wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Micki loves spending time with her family and can often be found at Studio Dance, where she enjoys her other passion - dance. Her caring nature, attention to detail, a genuine desire to help others shine make her a valued part of the Doe River Aesthetics team.

Tuesday: 10 AM - 7 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM - 3 PM
Thursday: 10 AM - 7 PM
Friday: 10 AM - 4 PM
