Glow Reserve Membership Terms

 

Glow Reserve requires an initial commitment of three consecutive monthly payments. After that, your membership continues month to month. Key terms from the Glow Reserve Membership Agreement:

 

Your Doe River Bank

• Your monthly membership payment is not a membership fee that disappears each month. The full amount of each successful monthly payment is added to your personal Doe River Bank as account credit.
• Banked funds may be used toward eligible services and products available for purchase at Doe River Aesthetics & Weight Loss.
• Banked funds do not expire solely because the membership is canceled.
• Banked funds are nontransferable and may only be used by the member whose account earned them.
• Banked funds have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash.

 

Membership Discounts & Promotions

• Glow members receive 5% off eligible regularly priced services and retail products.
• Luxe members receive 10% off eligible regularly priced services and retail products.
• Membership discounts may not be combined or “stacked” with promotional pricing or other discounts unless Doe River specifically states otherwise.
• When an eligible item or service is offered at a promotional price, the member will receive whichever provides the greater savings: the promotional price or the applicable Glow/Luxe membership discount.
• Members may use funds from their Doe River Bank to pay for services or products purchased at promotional pricing.

 

Initial Three-Month Commitment & Month-to-Month Membership

• By enrolling, the member agrees to remain enrolled and pay the selected monthly membership amount for a minimum of three months.
• After completion of the initial three-month commitment, the membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis using the member's selected payment method unless canceled in accordance with the agreement.
• There is no additional long-term commitment after the initial three months.

 

Cancellation

• After completing the initial three-month commitment, a member may cancel the membership by providing Doe River Aesthetics & Weight Loss with at least 30 days' written notice.
• Any regularly scheduled membership payment that becomes due during the 30-day notice period will be processed as scheduled and deposited into the member's Doe River Bank.
• Membership benefits remain active through the effective membership termination date.

 

Banked Funds After Cancellation

• Canceling your membership does not cause you to lose money you have personally paid into your Doe River Bank.
• Any remaining paid account credit will stay on the member's Doe River account and may be used toward eligible services or products after membership cancellation.
• Once membership has ended, remaining banked funds are applied toward the then-current nonmember price of the service or product.

 

Membership Pauses

• Glow Reserve memberships are not routinely eligible to be paused or frozen.
• Doe River may make exceptions in unusual circumstances at its sole discretion.

 

Medical Services & Treatment Eligibility

• Glow Reserve membership does not guarantee eligibility for any medical, aesthetic, wellness, weight-loss, hormone, injectable, laser, or other treatment.
• All medical services remain subject to appropriate consultation, medical evaluation, contraindications, provider judgment, and applicable laws and clinical standards.
• If a member is not medically eligible for a particular treatment, Doe River Bank funds may be used toward other eligible services or products.

 

Founding Member Launch Promotion

In connection with the launch of Glow Reserve, the first 25 individuals to enroll will receive a personalized Glow Reserve Founding Member tumbler filled with selected goodies, with an approximate promotional value of $75. Founding Member gifts have no cash value and may not be exchanged for Doe River Bank credit.
