REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Doe River Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care, high-quality products, and personalized treatment experiences. We understand that circumstances may change and strive to maintain policies that are fair, transparent, and respectful of both our patients and our practice.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Exceptions due to emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be considered at management's discretion.
COMPLETED SERVICES & TREATMENTS
All completed services and treatments are nonrefundable. This includes, but is not limited to, injectable treatments, laser services, skin rejuvenation, facials, chemical peels, body treatments, and medical wellness services.
Individual results may vary, and specific treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with treatment results does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Patients with concerns regarding their treatment or results are encouraged to contact our office so our clinical team can evaluate their concerns and determine appropriate next steps.
PREPAID SERVICES & TREATMENT PACKAGES
We understand that patients may need or choose to discontinue treatments due to personal circumstances, health changes, or other reasons.
Patients may request a refund for any completely unused, prepaid service or the unused portion of a prepaid treatment package.
For partially completed packages, refunds will be calculated by subtracting the regular, non-discounted individual price of all completed treatments from the original package purchase price. Individual treatment prices will be based on the rates in effect at the time of purchase.
Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the value of completed treatments equals or exceeds the original purchase price, no refund will be due.
Complimentary treatments and promotional bonuses have no cash refund value.
WEIGHT LOSS & WELLNESS SERVICES
Fees for completed medical consultations, office visits, laboratory testing, injections, and other services already provided are nonrefundable.
Medications that have been dispensed or transferred to the patient cannot be returned or refunded, except as required by applicable law.
Prepaid services that have not yet been provided may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this policy.
SKINCARE & RETAIL PRODUCTS
All skincare and retail product sales made directly through Doe River Aesthetics are final, except as otherwise required by law.
DermaMADE Products: DermaMADE products are purchased directly through DermaMADE and are subject to the manufacturer's return and refund policies, including its applicable 100-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests for DermaMADE purchases should be directed to DermaMADE.
Defective or damaged products purchased directly through Doe River Aesthetics will be reviewed individually.
GLOW RESERVE MEMBERSHIPS
Glow Reserve memberships require an initial three-month commitment. Following this period, memberships automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
Membership payments are nonrefundable once processed, except as required by applicable law.
Members may request cancellation at any time. Cancellations requested during the initial three-month commitment will take effect after the minimum commitment has been fulfilled. Following the initial commitment, members may cancel before their next scheduled billing date to avoid future charges.
Unused Membership Balances: Any unused funds accumulated through membership payments will remain available in the patient's account after cancellation and may be applied toward future eligible purchases at Doe River Aesthetics.
Once a membership is canceled, all membership-exclusive discounts, special pricing, and additional perks will end. Future purchases using an accumulated balance will be charged at regular pricing.
Membership balances are not redeemable for cash, except as required by applicable law. Complimentary or promotional membership benefits remain subject to their original terms.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by applicable law.
BILLING ERRORS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Billing errors, duplicate charges, and other special circumstances will be reviewed individually.
All refund requests are subject to management review and applicable law. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original form of payment.
