PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION SHIPPING
Prescription compounded medications purchased through Doe River Aesthetics are prepared, dispensed, and shipped directly to patients by licensed compounding pharmacies.
All prescription orders require appropriate medical authorization and are subject to pharmacy processing times, medication availability, and applicable regulations.
Shipping times may vary, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be communicated before an order is finalized.
DERMAMADE SKINCARE PRODUCTS
DermaMADE skincare products are purchased directly through DermaMADE and fulfilled and shipped by the company.
All DermaMADE orders are subject to the manufacturer's shipping, delivery, return, and refund policies, including its applicable 100-day money-back guarantee.

DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED MEDICATION SHIPMENTS
If a compounded medication shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or arrives in questionable condition, please contact Doe River Aesthetics promptly.
We will assist in communicating with the dispensing pharmacy to determine appropriate next steps.
Patients should not use medications if there are concerns about product integrity, damaged packaging, or improper storage conditions until they have received guidance from the dispensing pharmacy or their healthcare provider.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to medication safety requirements, prescription medications generally cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except as required by applicable law.
